We used the Spring 25 code when we made our reservations back in November which to our understanding should have included round trip transportation. However, we were told when we made our reservation that it did not include round trip transportation. Did other people have this problem? Any tips or tricks to try? Someone we can email at the Premier?
I used the same code and had to argue with the person on the phone for a couple minutes before she finally “noticed“ that round trip was included. Not sure if you saved the confirmation email, but it clearly states transportation on it and I told her I would forward the email. This seem to get her attention. Btw, they send you a voucher which you still have to redeem it with USA Transfers
