Hey all This may be a strange coming from me but.............................................. Do they do spay tans in the Temptations Spa or is there some where near by that does does spray tans?
A spray tan won't hold up in the salt water more than a day or two. So probably a waste of your $ unless you're planning to stay out of the ocean and off the beach
When we went last year , did the tanning bed route for a few weeks priors! Worked out great ... don't forget to tan the ta tas!
Thanks guys It was for my friend that was worried that she would end up looking pasty after a few days of going in the sea.
Pool chemicals will strip most of the spray tan off the first day. In fact chances are your friend would look quite silly the next day with blotches from where it completely came off.
Agreed with what everyone else says. Tanning beds are deff a good idea for preparing for a trip. If your friend goes to a tanning salon and lets the staff know when the trip is they can give them a schedule that will work best for them. Spray tans provide NO uv protection either, so again whatever your opinion is on tanning beds it is still advisable to go at least a couple times to get your base tan built up.
And if your friend is feeling pasty she can come stand next to me. I'm as pale as an irish girl can be! I love hanging out in the sun but I never forget my sunscreen!
The way Stacia handles this issue is to hit the spray tan the day immediately before the trip, then we fly to Cancun with her sporting the kick-ass tan, and she converts it over the next 72 hours into a real tan at TTR's beach and poolside.
