Hi there everyone! Im looking to book a trip this winter and was looking at Temptation. I have been to oasis sens 2 years ago and had a good time but now am curious about Temptation Im a 32 year old single male and would be traveling solo. Is this a good resort for singles? Or is more geared towards couples and swingers? Thanks guys!
Welcome. We recommend making use of the search feature on this Board. Suggest spending some time searching/reading through the posts, trip reports and advice from/for singles. A member named 'Nanners' comes to mind who thoughtfully posted about a great approach for singles. Think about bringing a travel companion and avoid any single supplement cost. Also, TTR is not a "swingers" resort, although you'll see a lot of sexy people. There can be an LS undercurrent, but if you're looking for PDAs and adult 'play' in public, then you'll need to look at H2 in Negril, for example. As anywhere in life and social situations, we've met down to earth, fun and respectful singles, and we've met dickheads. If you come with no expectations, speak to the gentleman first of any M/F couple, socialize and don't be a creeper, you'll be just fine. Be self-aware and don't over do the alcohol. Heed the advice of the other folks on this board who are much wiser than ourselves. You may end up making friends for life and having the most memorable vacay ever. Our two cents ...
LS? PDA? Sorry im not up to date on all the lingo?? Hendosim 2 in negril was an idea but pricing and avaibilty is alot harder then Temptation. Im also a big fan of cancun.
... maybe try Google first on the acronyms next time before asking publicly like this? LS = Lifestyle/Lifestylers (aka swinging/swingers) PDA = public display of affection We hope others will weigh-in on your original post/questions. But feel free to PM if you have a specific question for us.
As a single male going for my 3rd time single in April, I would say go with no expectations but to have fun and socialize. Just be yourself. Be social at the pool and participate without trying to hard. MandEOntario described it well. Search the posts here as mentioned above. Remember only one rule , have fun and respect all that are there. Enjoy
It's probably best to speak to the male first in any couple you approach but in our case my wife would be flattered and loves to flirt. If she says no it's no but she may say yes only you will know. Flirt but be respectful and enjoy
