Because of some medications, the wife can't drink pop with caffeine when she has mixed drinks (yes go figure, can drink booze but no caffeine). We were wondering if anyone knows if the resort bars have any soda that is caffeine free and diet. Any help is appreciated!
Well, I know they have diet cola, but not sure if they have diet sprite/7 up. Club soda is diet and caffeine free.....It mixes nicely with coconut rum!
Im thinking they have sprite and other options , however to be sure here is the email address to the hotel, takes them a few days sometimes to get back to ya, but they will answer that , so that you dont have to worry about it reservas10@originalresorts.com
If your e-mail reply is not what you hoped, you could go across the street and purchase some pop for mixers. We usually get a bottle of our favorite vodka, some red bull and diet dew (Tom's coffee) and mix up some drinks to take to the pool. If you see us come from our room with drinks, you can bet our party is getting started. LOL:daveandmo:
For sure they don't have caffeine free coke or pepsi. The diet coke they have in the fountains is pretty nasty too. Too sweet...and we wonder if it really is diet. You could do a stop at Walmart on the way in from the airport to stock up...
Yeah, the only diet soda they have is Coke Light with caffeine. At the quiet pool bar in December, they were using 2 liter bottles of it..not from the fountain when I asked for Diet Coke. Not sure why.
