OK, we are on the 18 day count down to the start of the hols (21 until we hit Temptations) we are going Miami - Cancun - Orlando - Jamaica. I have to say the weather is causing me a little concern. Just a quick question is there many activies arranged as a wet weather program at the resort :umbrella1: or do people just entertain themselves :bj:. Thanks Tony
Sometimes the activity staff will try to find some other entertainment for awhile. Ex. ping pong, or pool contest in the alternative bar, but I'm not real sure of what the deciding factor on that is. And other times the activities will go on as planned, just in the rain. I think sometimes it depends on how many people are actually out and about, cause alot of times rainy days are used for recouping from days of parting.lol and shopping.
Last Saturday (August 20th) it rained ALL day long! Guess what? My hubby and I spent the whole day in bed with room service provided (We are Premier members so we get that privilege). At the sexy pool the staff just kept pouring the drinks and doing things to make the guests happy! Never a dull moment even with the rain! You will have a blast!
This will be our 8th trip in Sept... Our 1st trip it rained for 3 straight days non stop and we still had fun! Everyone who worked there was squeeging non stop. It was unbelievable! But we just hung out with the friends we met and drank a lot!
If it is your first time, the rain is less of a big deal since there a bit more novelty in just being to a new place. We were there in January for our second trip and we had a couple days of cool/wet weather and it was a huge drag. There aren't many places to escape the rain.
