Hello, Like you all, we are coming down for some fun in the sun at TR. However, we were looking at breaking away for a day and doing some snorkeling. We saw a few places online but were wondering if anyone has gone on a day trip wave running and snorkeling and could offer up some ideas. Also would need transportion to and from TR . Thanks, W&L

Xel-ha was an excellent day trip we took last time we went to Temptations. It will take you away from the resort for the better part of the day is the only bad thing. It has great snorkeling though and also offers swimming with dolphins. We both enjoyed it quite a bit.
Like Wings7180..There is Xel-Ha and Xcaret for snorkeling and see the sea life...and a relaxing day...They also have a trip called Jungle tour..they are small boats that go through the jungles and make stops to snorkel! They also have wave runners on the beach at the resort...I believe it's $55/half an hour!
