I checked prices in late September for May and Aug 2010. They were very reasonable and I recieved automated quotes... Two weeks later I checked again and the prices went up over $400 for the both time frames and even higher for non-members.

As members we expected a break on the prices just like we received in the past but no more. They jacked the member rates up about 26% even though contractually they are tied into a consumer index that is historically around 4%. WTF???

Premier says they adjusted thier prices to be in line with the average prices in the area...BS!!! They are now more expensive than some 5 star resorts and way higher than other 3 star resorts. I don't mind paying a bit more for TTR because of the atmosphere but this is freaking ridiculous.

Now that I am done my rant, back to your question about a good travel agency... wish I could help but I have checked several travel sites and all the prices are very high for TTR next year.

I am just as surprised as you, I have been a member for years now, in 2007 a friend and I went and split a room for 9 days 8 nights, 08 went up like 500 bucks for the same time same room, this past march it was doubled and from what im seeing so far for march 2010, it went up some more...

We've always used a travel agent. She did match prices from Expedia when we went in March of this year, but usually she is cheaper. But then again, we almost always book in March or April for a late November or early December trip.

If you can't find a great deal in March in the coming months. Try going about mid April to late April the travel industry in a whole drops there price quite a bit.

Tried booking with them for April - after a week GTA still couldn't get confirmation of our reservation from Temptation. Try Skoosh.com, just make sure you let skoosh know to confirm with the hotel that the reservation is for 2 - the hotel tried to scam us and say res was for one - we were all set though.
