Steve's usually pretty firm on the quota. Even though I go as a single I can understand the reasoning. However, that doesn't mean you can't show up the morning of the cruise if you've gotten to know some of the crowd going and ask if they'll take you as a walk on. And if not there's still the sexy pool. Or even a good day to get off the resort and check out town or something.
