what is the reason for so many getting sick while at TTR this this past month? Is there someting we should be aware of? We udually pack tums, gravol, tylenol....but for some reason it looks like we may need to find something a little stronger then that if it keeps up.
The swine flu is gone what is next??

Not surenif this will help you but was told by a nutrientist that if youeat pineapples after each meal it helps with digestion and yogurt in themorning while your there since they do have that at the buffet. Puts good bacteria in ya......i have done it every time i been in mexico and never had any problems...now that i say that i might have jinks myself....lets hope not. Hate to miss one day with this EPIC group this year. See you in a few longggggg days......

Sounds like Z-pacs were good at wiping whatever the stuff was out. Maybe worth taking. Trust me,that stuff is no fun. Spent Friday into Saturday with stomach cramps and some serious exhaust issues.

I ate a lot of yogurt every morning as well, and had no problems....I ironically heard about the 'good' bacteria in yogurt a few weeks before I left when I had the influenza. I saw it in the buffet and made sure to eat more than a serving daily... I usually have a very weak stomach when I travel and eat, and had no issues at all.... I have no invested my trust into yogurt when possible on trips!
