Okay, we are planning to go skiing at the end of February to Angelfire NewMexico with a group of people. There will be approximately 27 of us including all the kids. There is an indoor pool/hot tub at the resort....we are staying slopeside at the Angelfire Resort. In talking with the other adult females about swimming...they are all afraid to wear their swimsuits in front of everyone! These ladies have NO problems with weight...they are talking about just going in shorts/tshirts instead of swimsuits. All of them. Am I a rare female that it doesn't bother me to be in a swimsuit around other people? Maybe its just because we've been to Mexico so many times and practically live in our suits for a week. Maybe because we SCUBA dive frequently and wear wetsuits...which are not figure flattering at all, unless you have a perfect body (which I do not!) I just thought it was weird...of course, I'm posting this on a BBG board...and we all know how you are... :lol: My question is this....do people in your hometwon area seem to be 'shy' when it comes to getting in a swimsuit in the company of others?
T is shy mostly due to her leg, which kind of stands out. Otherwise, she usually wears a t-shirt over her bikini.
