   Just wondering where the best places are in Cancun to shop for souvenirs? I have read about Market 23 and Market 28 along with different malls and Walmart ofcourse. Also at these markets do they normally take Mexican Pesos over US dollars? or vice a versa

   they take either, downtown by HArd Rock they are everywhere...

   You pretty much covered the main places to shop for souvenirs, and yes most places will take both USD and Pesos. Walmart excepted, you'll get a cheaper price paying in Pesos.
