Where is a good place to go shopping on the island? I will be there for only the day and would love to pick up some handmade jewlery and other items (support the little guys) where is a good place to go that we can walk to from the ferry area
The Fire Opal...behind the Hotel Gomar is good for jewelry. If you turn left when you get off the ferry and walk a bit there is a little "mall"...bunch of vendors off a hall. I am not a big shopper but those are a couple places my husband magnates too.
