Hi - Im am staying at the Iberostar Cancun next year in April and was wondering if anyone can tell me what shopping complexes there are nearby? I went to Cancun about 9 years ago and stayed at the Tucancan which i think is about 10 minutes away from where I am planing to stay this time but not sure? When i was there they were building a little shopping complex quite near the hotel near where aquaword was (on the opposite side) but I can't really remember if it was that big? In terms of shopping where are good places to go to based on where we are staying? Is what i mentioned above any good? Wheres the best places for shopping nearby and is it easy to get there by bus? cost time etc? Also I have posted some question regarding the hotel in the hotels section of the forum so if anyone can help with any of that I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance, Kind regards, rs4545
You are quite close (a few mins by bus at most, if not walkable) to both Plaza Kukulcan and Plaza Las Isla. Kukulcan is probably the one you remember from 9 years ago, La Isla wasnt built until later. La Isla is more extensive than Kukulcan.
The two malls Steve has mentioned are excellent. I have made several purchases there including a custom pair of Sombero Cuff links that I love dearly
