    I have heard there has been a fatal shooting in El Timon restauarant in Cancun....anyone heard details?

    are you sure? what happened? Is the restaurant in the hotel zone? =[ that is so sad.. all this drug/gang violence needs to stop! I feel so bad for hte people living in mexico

    This restaurant is NOT in the Hotel Zone and it is NOT the (tiny) El Timon at the corner of Uxmal and Chichen Itza.

    I understand that it is the one on Chichen Itza, west of Kabah a km or two. When the smoke all clears, no pun intended, my bet is that it was NOTrandom and that the victims WILL BE linked to something they should not have been doing.
