Has anybody ever tried to ship house-hold furniture back to the US? Is it a big hassel or expensive? Who to use?

Gene - I'll be curious to hear what you find out on this front.

I imagine that if you ship by sea you will have more headaches with US Customs than if you ship by land. The land crossings into and out of the US are so busy that there's very little examination of the goods moving. And my understanding is that items into and out of sea ports get more examination, but I could be FOS on this.
