    I say
    HELL YA!!!!
Wear it proud. As long as it allows air in. A non-breathable kilt would suck in the heat.
    Rock out my Scottish friend

Real kilts are heavy, I wear one a lot. When we were there there was a kilted wedding, really cool. Just remember about the weight so you don't go over with your luggage.

I always like to find excuses to wear a kilt. Schoolgirl/kilt night will be my first time not wearing anything underneath:icon_mrgreen:

I wore my faux-kilt last August with pride and enjoyed the airing of the toolkit.

I felt a bit retro, as in at least one drunken sot in my genealogy was a Scotsman.

Just looked on-line and found boxer shorts with kilt patterns. That's about the most I can wear in the heat of Paty'Os for dancing. Will give that a go for April.
