OK ladies, with so many postings about slippery pool areas I hesitate to bring cute/sexy heels for night time bar fun. However for dinner & dress to impress I want to look hot for my hubby & assorted new friends ;) . So what is the verdict? Don't bring more than one pair? Cute sandals? Try & find fancy flip flops?
    opinions??
For fetish night-I am having an especially hard time figuring out footwear. (All I'm saying is my 'costume' may have a black corset as all the other online purchases failed to cover my breasts and it will be too hot to improvise with feathers) and knee high boots... eh not so much

I'm planning on bringing one...ok maybe two high sexy heels. Cute sandals with some rhinestone/bling is a must. The way I look at it......If we wear sexy clothes most people won't even notice what's on our feet!!! :)

I debated the knee high boots thing but decided it will probably be too hot, plus I'd have to wear them through the airport as no way they'd fit in the case with luggage allowance - jet set hooker look!

For other shoes, bring a mixture and decide on the day. Some people have no problem with them and others struggle with the floors. I fall over a lot even in flats so it's nice flat shoes for me and one pair of heels for Lingerie night if I decide it's not too risky. Just be careful. I'd say the biggest slip hazard is the raised dance floor in Nice Shoes.

Well if your like me it more shoes and boots than clothes. Every trip we go on one whole suit case is for shoes. And yes I do try to wear most of them.

Don't leave the pretty shoes behind!! I forgot to pack more than 2 pairs of shoes last year and regretted it. Going to bring 3 this year, plus flip flops for the pool, and runners for travelling and this gym place Richard keeps telling me that I have to go to this year. And one pair of ankle boots….. oh who am I kidding, all I'm brining is bikinis, shoes and costumes.

As long as your shoes don't have "hard" soles you "should" be fine. A lot of the floors at TTR are very slick slate, stone, etc. A great suggestion was to buy some of those little non skid stickons and put them on the soles of your shoes.

Every man and women know that "the shoes" make the outfit. So....here's what you do....leave the room shoes in hand; right before you enter a restaurant put them on; when you leave and walk to Patty O's...take them off; get to Patty O's - a must for entrance; then OFF FOR THE NIGHT! Bang! Presentation complete. LOL

From Marlene: I took too many shoes and heels take up so much space. This year 3pairs - white, black, either red or gold (whichever will go more with the outfits that black or white won't work). 1 pair of flip-flops for pool and 1 pair of comfortable thong/wedge/sandal type shoe for lounging.
