What is everyone doing to get ready for their trip to TTR? Looking for some tips or tricks to get bikini ready. I usually eat healthy, high protein, and hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I also pre-tan so I don't burn to a crisp once that Mexican sun hits me. What is your plan?
Pretty much the same thing! Up our cardio...! Our life doesn't really change! Except for the tanning!!! Seeing as we are in the Arctic Circle for 6 months of the year... we are super pastey white!!!! Tans are a must!!!
yea we definitely go tanning starting a few weeks before so we dont completely burn. We normally go to the gym but we up it a bit a few months before the trip just to make sure we're good to go lol
Northwest Territories!?!?!?!?! Holy hell! I didnt think anyone really lived up there!! LOL How long are your summers? Do you have summers? I just cant fathom living somewhere where the winters are that long. Then again, maybe you cant imagine living somewhere like here where the summers last 6 months. We start tanning about Feb. (ever tried Melanotan?), and we try and stay in the gym all year, but we def step it up before a vacation. Oh. Nice pics. Just proves there are sexy women everywhere! :icon_mrgreen:
I do all the things you listed plus I do an inventory of clothes, shoes, Lingerie and suits. I order whatever Lingerie I will need for Lingerie night and this year I left the suit buying to my husband. The pre-TTR fashion show is a must for those going and is usually a fun way to get excited about the trip.
We just do the same thing as we usually do normally. As most other people I am sure we always bring more clothes and shoes then what is needed. We keep forgetting that for the most part from morning until the sun goes down we are swimsuits lol
Haha.. yes.. people live up here!!! about 43,000. We work at one of the remote diamond mines near the arctic circle. Up here at work the ice came off the lake the first week of July and was back on the first week of Oct. When we left for Vegas on May 4th last year there was a foot of snow still in peoples front yards!!!! UGH!!! We hate it. Do a lot of travelling to escape the cold. We have a house in Central British Columbia also that we travel to when we can. Much better weather down there. As for Melanotan, NO, we've never heard of it??? What is it? PS... Thanx for the compliment ;-)
lol I'm getting better every time we go.. I pack less and less clothes because you do spend most of the time in a swimsuit and the rest of the time still in very little clothing lol
Am I the only one who does shots of tequila every hour on the hour to get ready for TTR two weeks before the trip?
