I decided to leave at 4 pm, with our without my furniture delivery. 10 minutes before, a guy called and could not find my address. They showed at 3:58.

The very first piece was not wrapped and had a big gouge in it. Then there were 2 bases for beds and I noticed one was yellowed. Turns out they were two different bases, two different colors and in less then new condition.

However, one guy in the truck turns out to be the warehouse manager and wanted to personally make the delivery. I signed for nothing and he promissed to personally call me next Thursday and give me an exact delivery time and to personally inspect each individual piece to make sure it was perfect. This guy is believable an was beyond apologetic.

The only thing is that he preferred to exchange everything next week rather than take back this mismatched damaged mdse.

This fellow probably dates one of the models who works at Gran Plaza.

Stay tuned but stay away from you know where.
