I assess the numbers from the roll calls and various other threads and they don't take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our cancunboobscruise website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on interest and feedback. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the relevant monthly roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 95. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Any chance these dates might change? We were hoping for the 9th (2nd day we're there and we heard it's better to go early in your trip rather than late). We get in late on the 8th and will miss that one.
