You can text pix to a Telcel but they can only be rec'd if the Telcel phone has a media plan. I think it is more like a one time activation fee so it will work even if they have the rechargeable, Amigo card type of deal. If your phone is not high tech enough to reduce the file size, a large file simply cannot be rec'd by a Telcel phone, even though you can send it to a US carrier phone without problems. Something about Telcel overutilizing its bandwidth or something to that effect. I don't think you can email to a Telcel phone but surely if they have a phone they have an email account or access to one.
