This week we travelled 14 hours by bus to Villahermosa to attend a tennis tournament for the states of Yucatan, Q. ROO , Campeche, Oaxaca , Veracruz Tabasco and Chiapas. Hundreds of little hearts were broken on court as games were won and lost. Luckily for us there were only tears of joy as my 9 year old son battled his way through 9 matches , up against kids all ranked higher than himself including the number 10 and number 5 in Mexico. He won the championship which now qualifies him to enter the national championships to be held in Leon next month. Send us luck - not only for the games but also to find a sponsor to get us there !
