We have stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach and have been told it is much nicer than the vine. It is beautiful, great food, wonderful entertainment. Suits at the pool, topless at the beach. Around 20%. Walk up the beach a little bit and it is totally deserted. Have tanned naked and made love on the beach. Never had a swim out room but were invited to a skinny dip party in one, about 1/2 of our building came to it. We love it there
Have stayed at Secrets Capri, near to Playa del Carmen... none of the fun stuff like the above happened, not one thing. Nadda. Squat. Probably most boring trip ever. Never been to another Secrets, so maybe that trip ruined the brand for us, I don't know.
