Not that we are aware of. They just come across from time to time just like on here. Use the search feature here, there was a post a few months ago with one.
Hi All, we are just starting research to buy on the secondary market. What I am seeing is there are a thousand details that can be negotiated when purchasing, so I am not sure what all to look for when reviewing the contract to see what benefits will be transferred, are there exclusions, etc. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a contract with me so I can review before going to the table to negotiate. If you would be willing to do so, my email is fugrrl@gmail.com I would appreciate it since so far, no one that I contacted on the secondary market was willing to share the agreement so far. I thought I would ask here. Appreciate the consideration!
Every contract is most likely different and definitely depends on when it was written. We learned this ourselves when we purchased second hand. Most do not want to share as they are legal documents It is all about what is written in the contract and not what is on the website as it is a true wild west negotiation when sitting and buying originally. You can check the website to gain knowledge of what is being offered now. Also, be sure to check to see what Premier will transfer. The cost was minimal at if I recall $153 for them to scratch out the original buyers’ names and write ours in and give us a document legalizing us the transfer. You will not get a new contract nor contract number. Best of luck.
We do not have a FB account so if anyone runs across this and is looking to sell, please contact me directly. Thanks a bunch!
