Yeah, I know. It's humorous. But I have to ask. Any idea if Brooks or New Balance (specifically the Glycerin and NB 1063) are available in CUN or Merida. And the $64,000 question - is there any store on the peninsula worth of a gait analysis? I know, i'm dreaming here. I have someone muling down a wide pair of NB 1063's but really, I'd need, like 5 or 6 pair muled down to see what works best. Sigh. At least I bought from roadrunner where I have 60 days to return - well, less as I'd need to get them back ot the US.

Also, any idea if Cytomax is available here? I can use Poweraide easily, but DH "needs" Cytomax. :)

I can't imagine you'll find gait analysis in a store here. But maybe a trainer at a gym can do it for you.

I've had it done twice, both times they put me on a treadmill and took video of my gait (while walking and while running at several speeds) from the front, the back and the side.

You could do the video yourself if you use a tripod and a treadmill, then you could send the video so someone to analyze, you just need good data.

If you are serious about running then gait analysis is critical to long term injury-free running. Make it happen even if you can't find someone to do it for you.
