Hey Y’all, we're looking at getting a private tour to the Mayan Ruins and Cenotes from TTR on either Jan 30, 31 or Feb 1. First time in Mexico for us, so a little visit is mandatory. Anybody interested in tagging along with us as explorers or as guides if you're seasoned enough? It would be fun to team up with some of our group.
    Anybody have suggestions or interested?

we'll back to reality before you get there, but if we could make a suggestion......everyone goes to Chichen Itza, but 2 years ago we went to Coba and it was phenomenal. It's the last acropolis you can still climb. Our tour was a morning tour like 6am, but we were back by 3 and the tour guide was a college professor of Mayan history, and it included a cenote swim and lunch at a little authentic restaurant. Best day we've ever spent in Mexico, and we've had some great ones!

Thank you DannKathy, we like to see and visit with a guide who knows the area and traditions and learn a bit about the place we're in. We are not history buffs, but the world as so much to offer and see, we can't just go and not take a day to at least give it a look.
    Anxious to get there
