Don't have any funny one's really but here is one I wrote back in high school that I still think is one of my favorites. Jeckel and Hyde By: John M. Lowry I saw him in my dreams and in my mind, His place of origin I cannot find. It hurts me here and even there, I tell him this game is not fair. He dominates and takes control at night, He’s too strong I cannot fight. He tries daily to control my brain, Oh, it hurts an unbearable pain. I’m not a crazy man, am I? Sometimes I really wish to die. I can’t stand this pain any more, Please let me in my mind, let me in the core So I can stop what is happening inside. I don’t like this Jeckel and Hyde. I beg him to leave again and again, He lives in the core of my mind if he’d let me in. So I could stop this metamorphosis of my soul. Then I wouldn’t have to pay this unbearable toll. I asked why all the pain, why all the violence? Then out of nowhere an unusual silence.
