    Hi,
I am planning a trip with my girlfriend and my 14 year old daughter. Does anyone know of any hotel that may have a suite with a separate bedroom for my daughter? Thanks.

Try looking at any of the Royal Resorts. These are time share resorts that all have two bedroom villas. We own at the "Royal Sands", it has a great pool and the resort is first class. You could probably rent a two bedroom villa for $1,200 to $1,600 per week. Check at tug2.net or redweek.com for rentals, a lot of owner list their villas for rent there.

    check out royalresorts.com for information.

    Family Friendly
    Great pool
    Great Beach
    on site restaurants
    no high pressure to buy

    Scott

I am looking for the right site to the Salvia Condos. New beach is great. My friends manage many totally remodeled units there. It is next door to Forum by the Sea. Great rates.

There are 3 competing management companies managing multiple units. You have to get the correct management company for the best units at the same price as the crappers. Stay tuned.

I actually remodeled my downtown Cancun condo with their contractors and design that I stole from them. Cooler than cool is my home.

Ok. Got it. http://www.cancun-mexico-condos.com/ Again, these are beautifully renovated and decorated hotel condo units that will more than meet your expecations of privacy with an A&B type unit.

My daughter and 5 sororitiy sisters came for Spring Break a couple of years ago and we rented the Penthouse for them. They thought they had died and gone to heaven.

Many friends of mine own their units and rent them out when they are not in Cancun and many friends come to Cancun on a regular basis who stay there and love it.

The Salvia has a great pool and is typically not running wide open since owners are not always there.

    Check out the website.

Another place to locate condos/villas is WWW.VRBO.com Vacation rentals by owner.....I'm just saying I've used em twice for trips elsewhere, and was very satisfied.....

Beachscape Villas KinHa are great, best beach in town, 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments available. Always recommend it to friends and family!

Try to stay at Solymar either in adjoining rooms or a penthouse. They are not expensive at all and away from the noisy areas.
