Hi, We are getting ready to book and am not sure if Ocean view is worth the extra money. What do you all think? Should we go with Garden or Ocean? Thanks!
I wouldnt pay the extra for it. You dont use your room but for changing, sleeping and "ahhhmmm" (my 5 year old is READING as I type this! LOL!) That last part is the MOST of the time so um the only view you will care about will be IN the ROOM!
To be honest I don't remember our room. I know we had one but it seems like I was never in it, what do they look like lol. I have never taken the time to see the view from the room. The ocean looks great from the pool.
I'll agree. The time spent in the room is minimal. Spend the extra money on tips for the staff, they deserve it, and the room will make little difference.
I like having an ocean view room. Not everyone is going to be in party mode 24/7. I enjoy waking to the sound of the ocean, and looking out over the Sexy Pool before things get going on the resort. Waking up to the sound of traffic and a view of the road just doesn't sound as interesting.
I must say I have liked our rooms (3rd or 4th floor overlooking the sexy pool) and it is nice when you want to have some down time to sit and look at the ocean. Terry
After about 20 trips to BBg/temptations, I can honestly tell u that the room is not going to be that big of a deal to you. it might seem important now, but once u you get there it will no long matter.
Ocean view does not mean ocean front. I got fooled into paying for the ocean view and it was over the quiet pool. To see the ocean you had to look out around the balcony.
We have had the garden view room which we loved and then got the ocean view room on a deal which we loved and it overlooked the sexy pool which was awesome also. I just love the resort and want to go back ASAP. We only splet in the room but it was nice waking up in the morning and having a coffee on our balcony watching the sun rise ... got to love that.
