I have read alot where people say their room was "upgraded" when they arrived at the hotel and checked it. Is this pretty common and how does the hotel decide who they are going to upgrade? Just curious....Thanks! Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
Usually there is a cost to upgrade. I have heard of a couple times where someone was upgraded from garden to ocean view. When you get there ask if they can upgrade your room. You never know unless you ask.
