I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their room upon arrival? Long story short, the company Id like to book with only offers garden view rooms. As I know there is nothing wrong with these rooms, I would just prefer to stay in the bash tower.
Some say they have negotiated it recently at the front desk upon arrival but that’s risking it down to the last minute. Can’t find a better deal for a tower room with another company? Watch for the cyber sale links likely on here starting on the 23rd.

When booking, we noticed suites were not an option for packages. We ended up booking a bash room and then calling the resort directly and paying for an upgrade.
