Looking to upgrade to a jacuzzi room around the quiet pool. Would anyone know if it would be best to book direct with the hotel prior to going or wait till we arrive on the day ?
If you absoutley want it then book it with your agency you used to book with. Personally we've upgraded in the past and have found it is not worth the extra cost since we are only ever in the room to sleep, shower, and channel 12
