Hey there.. We booked with a travel agent all inclusive the same as previous years but we decided that would like to upgrade our room this year to a Jacuzzi room. Can we do this prior to our arriving at the resort via the internet or phone ? We asked our travel agent but she says if she even can it would cost lots of $$$ extra. She told us to wait till we arrive and try to upgrade at check in.. not likely that will happen in Apr.

Good question. I was thinking about just tipping the front Desk person pretty good to get in room that gives us just a little view of the ocean... Far from the Paty'O
upgrade at front desk at check in. Best price Because sometimes you can barter with them. Over the Phone or internet you will get robbed.
