    What is the charge of room service? I heard it was $12 but I also heard it was free with the grand upgrade... i don't know at this point?

    Excuse my ignorance, but what is the "Grand" upgrade? I didn't see any upgrades when I booked other than the Spice Room.

    They no longer have a 'grand' upgrade. Room service is $12...

    Yeah I was getting that hint :) Thanks Last year I went to Oasis Cancun & they have the Grand upgrade so I just assumed... that's what I get I guess
