I have seen lots of posts where people talk about getting checked in and then moving rooms later the same day or the next day. Some have complained about being too far from PatyOs, too close, too far from a certain pool etc.

We want to stay in a room that is close to the action, but not so close the club keeps us up all night should we want an early night in the room ;)

So for all you couples who have been enough to know what you're talking about, where should we ask to placed?

    Thanks

We returned from TTR a couple of weeks ago where we spent two wonderful weeks in room 5111. The view is nothing to get excited about (unless walls excite you) but the location in relation to the sexy pool, front desk, paty o's, etc is just about perfect. We found that sitting on the ground floor patio and having one of the main sidewalks to all the buildings further out, was actually quite fun. We could watch people doing "the walk of shame", the "sloppy drunk shuffle", but mostly it was great for meeting new people and always being greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic "hola" from the staff. The music from Paty O's and from the Sexy pool never seems to make it to this room and our sleep was always peaceful. The room itself, has an incredible layout and a double "rainshower" system in it. Great for two people to shower at the same time. We will be requesting this room when we return next year for our wedding. One piece of advice.....if you aren't exhibitionists, make sure that you close the curtains if you are getting your freak on. If you are into people watching, expect a crowd!! lol

Avoid the 2000's as they are centered around Paty O's and the music goes until 2:00am and the partying and laughter tends to run until around 4:00am. Our first year we were in 2311, went to bed our first night around 9pm and were bounced outta bed shortly after 10pm.....opened the door, looked over the railing down in to Paty O's and figured if we can't beat 'em.....then we'll join 'em. We learned our lesson that trip and were VERY happy with 5111 this year.

Ditto that Sharken, I think we were in 2312 and it was impossible to sleep until after 4am . I turned the fan coil on full to provide white noise and put in ear plugs and it helped a little! We were only there for 5 nights so we just sucked it up and partied hard...if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.(yes I was a Tetley Bitterman).

If you're the kind of people that likes to be in the thick of the action and want to stay up all night you'll be fine in that block.

Someone's quote on here is "sleep is optional"

I agree , stay AWAY from the 2000's rooms. We love to party, but when we go back to the room to sleep or "ahem" the only noise I want to hear is me! Lol
