Some of my bathing suits had pockets to carry it in. Sometimes I kept in one of those plastic waterproof pouches on a lanyard which was good to hold tip money in, too.

They need to upgrade their rooms keys to like what Great Wolf Lodge has where your wrist band is also your room key. Was so nice nothing to get lost
same thing happen to us during lingerie night. the face of the lady at the frond desk at 7am asking for a new room key was priceless hahaha
if neither of us can carry the card, we ask the front desk to hold it for us. It's never been an issue.

Last time Vicki and I kept the key card in the pocket of my swim shorts as what little she wore did not have pockets. Front desk will replace key cards if you loose them. Speaking of keys, be careful on the patio. The sliding glass doors lock automatically. Got stuck on mine once and the staff had to let me back into the room.
we use a lanyard with clear plastic sheets, we also put our tip money in one so we have it with us. Solves the not having pockets problem. We also are tipping in pesos in the pool since they are waterproof.
So you go to the pool and drop the card off at the front desk daily then pick it up later? And then the same thing at night? Seems like the desk would get tired of this if you did it twice a day. But I guess they are nice, so they don't mind.
