We want to find a way to garantee ourselfs that we dont get bumped to the sister hotel . What we are doing is getting my friends wife ( shes mexican ) to call the hotel a few days in advance and talk to the management or front desk staff and garantee us a room ! Any 1 have any other suggestions so we dont get bumped ? thank you
our travel agent called yesterday and got a confirmation number from the hotel. So I hope all is good with us with leave in 2 weeks.
Thanks for the reply 40 ...yes we will now be doing the same thing in getting our travel agent to call a day or 2 ahead of time witha confirmation # ...this is deffinitly the hotel we want to stay in , it seems to have every thing we want for our vacation ...this will be my second trip to cancun , so i pretty much know how NOT to waste any of our valuable time there , including the front dest check in hell that people apparently go through at the golden sometimes !
