We were there last year in November and the roof top wasn’t open yet. Tried to scroll through the threads to see if anyone has mentioned anything about it but couldn’t find anything. We’ll be back again on November 5 and was wondering if they’ve opened it yet and what it’s like up there? Thx
It is open but not used very much. From what has been posted many have lunch and all said the view, pool and hot tubs are beautiful. It's $20 per person per day unless your a on referral, a member or staying in the tower. T
I was there about a week and a half ago, it was open. Went up maybe 3 times at different time of the day. Never more than 1 or 2 other couples up there so it wasn’t too appealing unless you wanted a place to relax.
It was open last week, but so unused that JJ announced that access was free for the day. Didnt see anyone running up there then either. Party is in the sexy pool during the slower months.
NBC has a party up there on Valentine's day. Big group...but unless you have a group going up there for an event, its probably not worth it. If you have a group it's worth it. It was the first thing we did when we got to the resort after eating lunch at buffet...so can't speak for food up there.
We absolutely love the roof top. We’d take it over with a group of 8-10 couples every afternoon and have a blast.. Great food, no waiting for drinks, it is a highlight for us.
We just got back home from TTR and checked the rooftop out a few times during the week. It was dead up there. People just don't use this space. We wish a pool was open late, this would be the perfect spot.
Odd how they will build a beautiful and unique new space that is PERFECT for the upscale image they want to portray then completely ignore its potential. But then again, guests have been asking repeatedly for a late night pool since the place reopened and that has gone nowhere as well. The TTR management mantra... Guests don't tell us what they want; we tell them. (But we'll promise anything in a presentation to sell a membership or two)
