Romantic options in Cancun

So guys and gals,
I am looking for suggestions/recommendations. The wife has said she wants to go on a romantic vacation. We are going to TTR in June and I know it's not billed as a romantic getaway. So what ideas do you have for a knock out, make her heart melt, romantic night(on or off property)? Since we are staying at party central I thought it would be nice to give her at least one really good romantic night, moment, etc..

I welcome all replies, but I am really hoping to hear from the ladies. I think we men like to think we know what romantic is(I know I do), but a woman defines it; specifically!

Being romantic at Temptation is watching the "Playboy' channel and not the "PRIVATE" channel. Much less anal sex on the Playboy channel, and much more romantic.

I could tell you a few other things as well. Couples Sensual Massage, Captain Hook Dinner Cruise, Lobster Dinner on the Beach, Dinner at Lorenzillo's, Dinner at La Isla Mall on the lagoon side watching the sun set, a massage at the same time on the beach from the hut just down the beach from Temptation, a quiet dinner for two at the Italian restaurant at Temptation, etc.

 

That's more like it! I knew you could do it!

 

Book a night over on the island Isla Mujeres, stroll North Beach, a lot of great restaurants and shops, very quiet. We always book a room at the halfway point in our TTR vacation just to get away from the party for a night and relax and enjoy eachother. We dont check out of our room at TTR, we just leave for a night and come back the next day

 

Italian restaurant , followed by a couple massage.

They used to have a dinner on the beach too, but I never was a fan of it , the weather and wind have to be incheck, and you feel like your on display.

 

We did a romantic diner for 2 in the cabana just outside of the Seafood restaurant. You have your own waiter, order diner ahead of time, have some flowers delivered to the resort and have them on the table. Very romantic!!

 

I like this one, on site, relatively easy to set-up! So far, I think I found a winner.
I am assuming that I should try to make this reservation as soon as we get there? Or can I do it shortly before our arrival? Are there any extra costs involved, besides a really good tip and flower delivery?

 

What day are you thinking for this? Our anniversary is 22nd and the cabana option sounds better than dinner on the beach. Don't be stealing the cabana dinner thing on the 22nd
