The Mexican equivalent is pretty good and can be bought at Walmart. Tinta por tela is how I asked for it. I don't remember the brand name, but it's widely known.
I've seen it in all the stores, but it's a different name than RIT. I know in Soriana it's back by the sewing and craft supplies, looks like a Kool aid envelope.
