Prepare for a small book here! We just boarded the airplane after 10 days at TTR for our very first time, and I am in complete denial that we won’t be at Bash tonight with the rest of you crazyass, amazing fools! We planned this trip MONTHS ago and had absolutely NO idea how much we would fall in love with a “place” and the people that dwell within! From the moment we walked through the doors, it was literally like entering an alternate universe. It’s a safe zone of complete freedom without judgement of race, color, appearance, occupation level and sexual orientation. The staff, every single one, was more than accommodating to every request no matter how big or small. The world could certainly learn a thing or 2 from them! Marco, at the pool, would save a spot for us, lay out our towels etc. every day without even a word and would do so with extreme sincerity and not just because he thought he’d get a good tip, which of course we always gave him! Antony and Saby at the pool were the freaking best at making sure our drinks never ran out and we had the hook up on Fireball! Both Victors at the lobby bar, really?! I miss them already!!! JJ and his crew....what the eff can I say?! They make it what it is! My husband and I have traveled to countless resorts all over, and never have we been legitimately sad to say goodbye to a staff. I would have taken Noelia...a.k.a. Argentina...home with me if I could! If you are there and see her wearing a gold chain bralette, I might have passed it to her after wearing it one night, so feel free to give her a big kiss from me! She gave me her pink hat, and let’s just say despite the fact I won’t be able to wear it at home in my “real” life, it will travel with me from now on! Each and every one of the Playmakers take the time to connect with the guests, and I’m sure everyone can agree they’re easy on the eyes! The people....we met so many incredible, salt of the earth people, and you guys know who you are!! Joe and Lucinda, you are the ultimate party planners! I actually think Joe might be the Mayor of Temptation! Jonathan and Debi, you had us the moment Jonathan was lined up to walk the stage in fishnet booty shorts for the fashion show on lingerie night! I will never see a rubber duck the same way! Christopher and Destiny...wish you had stayed longer so you could have seen the TTR we saw as we acclimated to all the greatness it offers! Jason and Shelly, we might have been separated at birth in some weird convoluted world because we instantly connected thanks to Mayor Joe introducing us! For the rest of my life, when I hear an Eminen song, I will picture Jason killing it in the Quiet Pool during karaoke while the Sexy Pool was being transformed for the most epic party ever! Mr. and Mrs. Claus...I will never be able to see kids on Santa’s lap without picturing Bob in his thong! Complete greatness! Tonya and Brad, too bad we didn’t meet until the end! Next time, same place fo’ sho!!! The spa......lol! The Sensual Massage is all that and more. #everyoneshouldtryitonce So, as fate would have it, our last night just happened to be the grand opening party, and if you were lucky enough to be there for it, you can vouch for the magnitude of the epic night it was. We kept joking that it was so thoughtful that TTR planned such an incredible going away party for us! The music, the fireworks/light display, drinks, dancing, people watching was beyond anything most people experience in their lifetime. Without getting all sappy, watching “Mr. Cancun” and his family walk out together with the pride on their faces was actually really incredible to witness as he has created jobs and a life for so many families in Mexico. With all this said, ignore the negative reviews, as you can’t make everyone happy. The kinks of a “new” place are being worked out, so embrace the new generation of Temptation. It might be different than what the veterans are used to, but we newbies promise not to change what makes that playground for adults what it is! PS... You know you’re at Temptation when: You go absolutely ghost on social media bc you’ve lost track of who you’ve told what about where you really are You wake up in the morning, and there are pasties stuck to the wall next to the bed Shots of Fireball at 11:00 AM seems completely normal It doesn’t feel awkward to be standing at the omelette station in little to nothing Listening to people fake orgasms saying, “Yes, yes, JJ, ahh ahh” is just another day at the pool. Cheers to the Sexy Pool, Bash, JJ and the Playmakers and #letsplay!!!
So I think what I read is that you hated it, all the people you met, could not wait to get home, and will never go back Have you booked your next visit yet? Nice trip report!
We were actually looking at dates online while at the lobby bar today before our airport shuttle picked us up!

Great trip report! Think my smile got bigger and bigger as I kept reading. So glad to hear it was an amazing first experience. Only place you start seriously considering your next dates before you even left. Love all your 5 bullet "you know when" points, expect #2. That would be a new one for me, hahaha.
