I was curious about the policy, and where can they be done, (if they can be done) in the store. I didn't see a Customer Service counter, but there is so much going on in the front of the store I may have missed it. I have to return and exchange clothes I bought for my boyfriends sobrina. If it makes any difference it's the store off Xcaret. Thanks in advance for your help.
The Customer Service counter is directly in front of you as you exit the checkout lanes at the center of the store. Until recently the sign read Costumer Service .
