Any advise on the restautants. We ll be thete feb 28 to march 7. She restaurant has entertainment as well i beleive.
Our experience over 4 trips: Italian and Asian are both great. Buffet is great for breakfast and lunch, not good for supper. Seafood place is ok, but actually a really good breakfast. Mexican was not good for supper, but an ok lunch option. Best lunch/afternoon food is up at the premier pool (7th floor) - amazing pub type food.
We just had our first time: - Best meal I had was actually breakfast at Sea Flirt! I wish I had gone there every day. - I second lunch on the roof - it was the only one that felt fresh. They do a buffet by the pool which was convenient but we never had. - SHE was good - but the entire meal was overly sweet to us and it was hard to morph into a party mood after - Hibachi was good - but I wish I had gone back a 2nd time for the ala carte menu - I actually didn't care much for the mexican place either (and really thought I would). It was all very bland and sloppy.
After two post-reno trips: Have not been to SHE SEA FLIRT is perfect for breakfast if you dont want to hit the buffet all the time. Italian place is decent. Flame was nothing great. Sutra is great for Hibachi! Best meal hands down. We also enjoy the ‘regular’ menu at Sutra that doesnt require a reservation. Mexican place is just ok. Buffet is, well...it’s a buffet. We think the buffet was better pre-reno. Omlette station is pretty good.
We loved sea flirt and the hibachi table! She is a good experience but not great for a picky eater The food at the rooftop pool is amazing for lunch. Flame is pretty bad lol The Mexican restaurant is good for lunch but not amazing at dinner.
Room service for breakfast is a solid option. Sea flirt is good for dinner or breakfast. Though some their breakfast dishes have too much sauce. Dinner can't really go wrong except SHE and Mexican. We like italian (Romanza), sutra, the hibatchi in sutra, sea flirt. Steak was alright, buffet wasn't bad. SHE is alright, 2 hours, Natasha belly dances, but otherwise it was quite warm in there and we left hungry. Lunch we like buffet or roof. If you miss that, Mexican is the only option late afternoon. Food at BASH is also a good option. Early in the night there is a selection. A big portion of the crowd seems to go to bed around midnight (mostly people who aren't having fun, not dancing, not dressed up, etc.) As they leave the bar food doesn't get restocked. Eventully it just becomes burgers, dogs, and fries.
We also liked doing room service after BASH around 3 am. Don't leave chicken wings out on the patio uncovered. The birds attacked those wings overnight and shat all over the patio. Also coffee shop isn't bad...especially for pastries in the morning or desert pastries in the evening. There is a Starbucks accross the street if the coffee at the coffee shop isn't quite what you want.
Coffee shop is great and the guy that works there is so nice! We always ordered room service afteand bash and it always hit the spot. My boyfriend always got sick from eating those burgers at bash so maybe avoid those.
Yeah....I think they keep that grill too hot trying to move more burgers. Lots of them come out rare in the middle.
