Just noticed on the Temptation website that on feb 16 2013, the day we arrive that they are having a "sweet dreams pool party". Im really curious as to what the big difference is when the resort schedules a pool party since i'm under the impression its typically just a big party everyday. So, for anyone that has been there on a day the resort has a pool party what do u find different from the rest of the days?
I'm pretty sure this is when they set up a dance floor outside right next to the sports pool at night. You can jump right off the dance floor into the pool but it's a little cold that time of the year....lol
Is it a day pool party or night pool party? Pool parties in the day have a DJ and play club music around the sexy pool. Pool parties at night (think usually Saturday) has a DJ and a dance floor set up around the sports pool. Noticeably, the pool party during the day is exactly the same as a standard sexy pool day! There's always a party at the sexy pool
Thats what i figured. Couldn t imagine the resort would be able to create much more of a party atmosphere than there already is....figured they would just add a couple banners and baloons...not sure if its day or night though. Never thought of that.
Hi, We arrived on "pool party" day too. Showered, changed, had dinner, went back to room to change into drop dead gorgeous bikini and ridiculously high heels, and returned to said party only to find I was the only one there in a bikini! Basically it's just the entertainment based outside around the sports pool. When we went in July the pool party was at the sexy pool and people were actually in the pool, but not so this time. Although we were jet lagged and didn't stay up beyond 11pm (6 hour time difference is a killer) so it may have got livlier later on. And I kept said bikini on for the duration, this is Temptation and anything goes!
Sports pool isn't heated so people tend not to go in. They should heat it up to jacuzzi temperature if they want participation! Although if you watch drunk people dancing on the dance floor, you get to see a few near-misses when the tipsy people are dancing too close to the edge!
Sounds like to me they just wanted to change the name again!! They try out different names from time to time..LOL .. They have a Pool Party in the Sexy pool during the day on Sat. usual 2pm to 5pm. Then they also have the Night time pool party at the Sports pool like every one said :biggrinbandit:
Last feb the buffet and tables were set up around the sports pool with dance floor and entertainment. Was a good night with bbq style food. Didnt seem to be any dress code, the weather was fantastic as it was the two weeks were were there. Not sure the management are too happy with people frollicking naked in the sports pool though, seen a few people get their wrists slapped for showing too much in Pattyo's too.
Last April basically just another day but with a DJ that would not take requests and played to the 20 something crowd,, house/teckno stuff , Still a good time Jan/Feb things whine down pretty quick poolside when the sun goes down (sexy pool ).
Last year they had a dance floor set up around the sports pool and dj etc. there were a few of us that went skinny dipping in the sports pool that night. No idea what time, but would guess midnight 2am ish. It was probably cold, don't remember. Didn't really matter much as a person isn't caring too much at that point if you're doing it right. The behaviour didn't seem to be discouraged.
