    Hey guys!

Does anyone here have experience with eating Gluten-free at the resort? I asked customer service at the resort and was told there's options but no specifics.

Also, do they have anyone who makes smoothies?

My wife is Gluten free by requirement, not choice.

She has eaten well for years...

She is also allergic to seafood but still eats.

Lots of options without gluten or seafood. With seafood that the options are endless.

The waiters and cooks are getting more in tune with the requirements all the time and if you say you are gluten free they will have suggestions.

Even the nighttime grill cooks are good about keeping one of the grills gluten free.

    So go without worries...

As for smoothes, they are not normally on the menu but if you have a mix you need and can bring the ingredients I'm sure any bar will assist with a blender.

    Awesome, thanks!

Thanks so much! I am also GF by requirement. That is great that I will have some options. I know what to eat/not to eat but sometimes there's weird ingredients. Great to know they keep up with that!

That'll mean no beer for you, though... Gotta stick to the good stuff I guess!! ;)

I have a buddy who has to be GF too. Going drinking with him is pretty hilarious because he can't have beer. He only orders tequila straight up. He's like a tequila sommelier! Lol

Tequila is not a problem. That's all you'll need!

All the restaurants have a menu with at least one GF option. If you tell your server it needs to be GF they are pretty great at making a suggestion or a custom option. And there is always the 'no bun' or no tortilla option. I don't eat most grains or dairy and managed to eat very well the whole 10 days, without getting 'tired' of the food
