You can use that express check-in thing, or you can simply call the front desk, though getting the number (I don't have it in front of me) is a bit tricky.
Every other week some one asks the same question.(legitimately) This should not occur,, should not the resort make their email readily availible ??? I think they do not want room requests, as they fill them as they become available.
We always do an express check in with the room request, but we are never assigned the room until we "tip" the person at the front desk and then we get our room If there is anything that I have learned about Mexico, it is that, when they are "appreciated" then you are a valued guest We always get the room we want...for the past 3 years. ~Jill~
