Anyone know how / where to go to get the best rates for the all inclusive resorts in the HZ for 1-2 night stays?
Thanks captain obvious I know how to use the internet. I guess I will be more clear. Is there a local place to go for discounts if youre a national like a local travel agent (as friends who live/born in cancun will be joining) or resorts that give special prices for locals. Or is the best bet just actually going into the hotel. Kind of like how locals get super cheap deals on sundays to xel-ha, x-plor, etc. Also it being the low season, a few of us are just looking to have a fun relaxing weekend where everything is taken care of for us and we can just enjoy the sun sand food n booze.
If you have local ID's from Quintana Roo then you can call the hotels and get "local rates". As it is low season you should find something. They will ask for your local ID at check in so be sure to bring it.
