Is it always necessary to make a reservation to get in the specialty restaurants or will they let you in without them?
Hi You do need to make reservations for the Italian and Asian restaurants, both of which are excellent by the way! We just got back on Friday, and the reservation process is quick and painless We went to the Italian restaurant twice and Asian once.
How painless was it? Don't you have to stand in line somewhere at a certain time of the day to make reservations?
Yes, from 10am to 12pm you go to Bellavista restaurant to make your reservations. Usually, there isn't much of a line or wait. If they don't have a time that you want, often you can take the chance of showing up at one of the restaurants to see if they've had any cancellations. Often people make their reservations, then don't show up. Bellavista, the seafood restaurant, the buffet and TexMex, you don't need reservations.
Just a quick note. You are able to make your reservations for the next 3 days as well when you go to reserve. So, its not necessary to stand in line each day. Have a great time!
Reservations are only held for 10 minutes and if you miss them you may be out of luck. Also if you are a no show, they might block you out to get in again. Dress code is also a requirement. For guys this means a shirt (not a t-shirt), Pants and shoes (not sandals) however when we were there they did let in a few that had t-shirts on and I saw a couple that had sandals with their pants.
