I realize that most people on here have probably already booked their vacations at the amazingly wonderful place that is Temptations, but if anyone is interested, we are members and have 2 weeks left that we will not be able to use before the end of the year. Depending on how good a deal you get from your travel agent or online, it may or may not be cheaper for you. There are some nice perks though. Here is what it includes: - Private Check-in/out at members desk (the "Premier/RCI" room) - Private butler - Discounted all-inclusive rate - 20% discount at spa, beauty parlor, restaurants (if ordering things that cost extra, like the wine list). We heard that if you book an excursion through the resort, members get 20% off on that too, but we haven’t tried it. - Can order off the "short" menu (members menu) at Il Piacere, Bellavista, and Village Wok (which have some nice options) - Rent the resort yacht for the morning or afternoon - Members yacht cruise on Tuesday evenings (weather and interest permitting) - One free lobster dinner per guest at any of the restaurants (normally $22 US per person) - Access to members only area on the beach, where you can order food from as well (we only did this a couple times, we preferred the sexy pool!) - Members only area bartender and servers WILL find you and bring you drinks often throughout the day (and the drinks are bigger, large red cups) - White "Premier Resorts" towels, instead of the red ones - "Top Shelf" liquor - The Entertainment staff lets you win at all the games! (kidding) You could also book these weeks at Temptations Cabo, Blue Bay Club, Sea Adventure Resort, Desire, Mistek Residence Club, or Aldea Thai Resort instead of Temptations Cancun. Apparently there are also resorts in the Dominican Republic that are affiliated with Premier that we can use our weeks at as well, but we’ve never looked into it. If you are interested in knowing what they are, we can find out for you. One note though, if you book at Desire, one of our weeks only counts for 4 days there.
