Looking for some input here. What is the reason for someone to even get a referral now? You don't even get premium liquor anymore? I don't go to the sky bar and rarely go out for dinner. Would someone please let me know why I should get a referral with the current changes?
Referrals in newer memberships are often available for room classes beyond just Garden View, including Bash Tower rooms, and always include a 25% discount without having to scour the internet to find a reduced price from the hotels public website. The modifications made to the referral program still prioritize the referral guest as a level of VIP with benefits available to them vs non- referral guests, including the visible unique color wristband to advise all staff of VIP status. Referrals still get 2/3 of the members preferred liquor selection as seen below. The other benefits list for VIP Referrals still contains a fair selection for savings and perks. So I expect that an informed visitor reviewing the facts above may see some benefit and value towards their holiday, especially if they are considering the option to become a member.
